Single-*ponent Water Based Spray Adhesive for Sponge HN-828
Introduction:This adhesive is water based, non-toxic and environmentally friendly. It has long open time, fast drying speed, strong initial bonding strength, and it is heat resistant and anti-aging.
Besides, it can be used by single-side or double side spray method.
With the above features, it’s especially suitable for bonding sponge to sponge in making high-end soft furniture.
Properties:
Appearance: Milky white liquid
Solid Content: 50±2%
Viscosity: 200-500cps（25℃）
Working Condition: Temperature between 4-45℃, relative humidity under 80%
Bonding Time: Bond the material after 2~3 minutes

This adhesive contains no hazardous substance which has strict limit by the rule GB18583Limitation on Hazardous Substance in Adhesive for Interior Decoration Materials, and VOC is less than 50g/L, which *plies with the environmental requirements by ROHS and REACH. This product has obtained the SGS certification.
Note:
1. Avoid direct contact with eye. Please wash with plenty water if the product is spattered into your eyes.
2. Avoid exposure to the sun and frost while the product is in storage, transportation or application. Tightly seal up the product after use to prevent surface crusting.

Clearance of Spray Gun
Pour out the adhesive from the spray can after use and use tap water to clean it. Then fill in the can with water and spray it out to clean the absorption tube and the gun inner. Alternatively, you can detach pneumatic tube, fill the absorption tube with water, and press the trigger to let the water flow out until the flowing water is as clean as the tap water.
